The Villa .-The 2,000 square foot common area located on the top floor is thatched roofed, and offers a kitchen, bar, restrooms, and plenty of open areas for dining and lounging. It offers an unobstructed view of the lagoon to the east, and the jungle to the south and west.

The four individual suites located on the main floor each have their own landscaped entrance, private veranda overlooking the lagoon, and full bath. The suites are outfitted with beautiful natural wood doors, shelving, and furniture, with two queen-size beds in each.

Large screened windows front and back allow for optimal natural ventilation, making excellent use of the breeze moving off the lagoon. Ceiling fans are provided for when the air is still. Concrete cosntruction provides clean, cool, and private accommodation. Laundry service is available on site.

At Lamanai South, our electricity is created with wind and solar power, quiet and clean, without the humming generator noise, the buzz of the other world that you came here to escape from.

A meal plan is available to guests at Lamanai South. This plan includes a full breakfast, a lunch and dinner, and your choice of coffee, tea, juice or soft drink. Ice cold beer and drinks are also available. Vegetarian or other special requests will be accommodated.
